Group retreat in Font-Romeu: a private chalet for your team
Chalet Quiétude is a brand-new 225 m² chalet that you rent as a whole: no other guests, no reception, no hotel corridors. Your team (up to 15 people, 31 with Mont Chalet) works, eats and relaxes under the same roof, at 1,650 m.
Everyone sleeps in their own suite with their own shower, then everyone gathers in the 72 m² south-facing living area, around a table for 18. A guest who came with his team describes it as “spacious, comfortable and perfectly suited to a group stay”.

Meals and catering on site
The professional kitchen is equipped to cook for 15 without getting in each other's way: range cooker, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, large fridge and a 5.60 m worktop. Outside, the 40 m² south-facing terrace has a barbecue, Weber plancha and giant paella kit (20 people) for lunches in the sun.
Team building in Font-Romeu
The highlight of your retreat: a biathlon shooting taster session (.22 LR rifle, 50 m) at the stade Germans Fourcade in Font-Romeu with Biathlon Inside, led by Myrtille Bègue, biathlon world champion, or by your host Aristide, a former French national team athlete. Back at the chalet after the sessions: 6-seat hot tub facing the mountains, pool table, table football, darts, table tennis, PS5 and home cinema. In winter, the free ski bus stops a 2-minute walk away for half a day on the slopes.

When to go in December?
- Early December, on weekdays: the resort is quiet and the ski area is scheduled to open on 4 December 2026 (subject to snow conditions). First runs possible between two workshops.
- Before 19 December: the Christmas holidays start on Saturday 19 December 2026 in all zones. The weeks before are the easiest to book for a group.
- In January: a new-year kick-off retreat or a New Year's reception once the festive season is over, from 4 January 2027.
